Hydraulic and general lubricating oils (machine oils) offering good oxidation resistance and corrosion protection. CL lubricating oils according to DIN 51 517-2 and HL hydraulic oils according to DIN 51 524-1.

Lubricating and hydraulic oils with additives to improve ageing resistance, corrosion and wear protection. Demulsifying. HLP hydraulic oils according to DIN 51 524-2 (B HVI series: DIN 51 524-3), ISO 11158-HM.

MR MC SERIES 

Universal, MC-based lubricating and hydraulic oils. Viscosity Index VI ≥ 150. Shear stable. Detergent/dispersant. Allows oil changes to be extended. Typical problem solver in machine tools. HVLPD according to DIN 51 524-3, ISO 11158-HV.

Zinc- and ash-free hydraulic and general lubricating oils with good oxidation resistance. Combat wear. Demulsifying. Fulfil and surpass HLP specs according to DIN 51 524-2 and ISO 11158-HM.

ZAF MC SERIES

Shear-stable, zinc- and ash-free hydraulic and general lubricating oils with a VI ≥ 150. Demulsifying. Formulated with MC base oils. Oil change intervals can be extended. Grades can be rationalised. Fulfil and surpass HVLP hydraulic oil specs according to DIN 51 524-3, ISO 11158-HM.

ZAF DT SERIES 

Special zinc- and ash-free hydraulic oils which fulfil Mercedes-Benz specification 6721. Powerful detergent/dispersant properties, particularly good wear protection in boundary friction conditions (Brugger: 50 N/mm²). HLPD hydraulic oils according to DIN 51 524-2, ISO 11158-HV.

MWB SERIES 

Special hydraulic oils with additives to improve ageing stability. Excellent corrosion protection and sludge-transportation properties. Contain a large proportion of EP and anti-wear agents. Free of heavy metals. Good protection in boundary friction conditions. Good Brugger values (> 50 N/mm²). HLPD hydraulic oils according to DIN 51 524-2, ISO 11158-HM.

Special hydraulic oils for elevators and hydraulic conveyors. Reliably combat stick-slip, especially at high loads and low speeds. HLPD hydraulic oils according to DIN 51 524-2, ISO 11158-HM.

Special hydraulic oil for deep start-up temperatures and wide temperature range based on special semi-synthetic base oils and state-of-the-art additive technology. Excellent shear stability. HVLP hydraulic oils according to DIN 51 524-3, ISO 11158-HV.

PG 32/46 

Fully-synthetic hydraulic and lubricating oils based on polyglycols with high VI’s. Watersoluble. Fulfil and surpass HVLP hydraulic oil specs according to DIN 51 524-3. Not miscible or compatible with mineral oil! Exceed ISO 15380 HEPG. VDMA 24 569 recommendations should be observed.

ANTI STICK SLIP

Special hydraulic oil additive combats stick-slip. Reduces friction. Compatible with HLP, HVLP, HLPD and PAO mineral oils.

FST 101

Special hydraulic oil additive designed to simplify the location of hydraulic fluid leaks. Universally compatible with all hydraulic oils (do not use with polyglycol or water containing fluids).
